Person Centered Care Services are a domiciliary care provider based in Stalybridge and caring for the communities of Tameside and The High Peak. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide care services in people's homes and all areas of our business were rated good following our recent CQC Inspection. Our minimum visit duration is 30 minutes, although we can provide care/support, if required, up to 24 hours per day, this allows us to keep our loved ones at home who may require around the clock care. We aim to provide a high quality and reliable service to older people and people with disabilities who require care and wish to remain in their own homes. We also provide Community Support Services and Social Inclusion throughout Tameside and The High Peak.
Our staff are flexible, reliable and professional. We aim to work around you in your home and provide the highest possible standard of care and support. Our management team are highly trained and highly experienced in person centered care. Our staff make our service the high quality service that we have been praised for. We know that not everyone will have the same care/support needs, therefore we operate flexibly in the services we provide and we offer bespoke packages to suit individuals' care needs. We acknowledge that these packages can change over time, as needs decrease or increase; we aim to suit all your requirements through our flexible and person centered approach to all types and levels of care requirements.

"PCCS has always offered me a high standard of quality care, due to the staff that Hazel Shaw employs on my behalf. I am respected for knowing my own mind, and making my own decisions. The staff support me and facilitate the way that I want to live my life on a 24 hour basis and I therefore live as able a life as possible, irrespective of my disability."

"Working for Person Centred Care Services was a new challenge for me as I had never worked in care before. Together with the management I went from strength to strength drawing confidence, skills and expertise from their friendly but professional training programme."
